Join us Saturday, October 3 at the Ridgecrest YMCA as we come together to support breast cancer awareness, honor loved ones, and walk for a purpose.

🚐 Mobile Unit arrival: 7:15 AM

Free health screenings and flu vaccines will be available, including blood pressure, BMI, glucose, and cholesterol checks. Flu vaccines are available for ages 9 and up.

Bring your family, friends, and walking shoes. Let’s show up in love, support, and pink!

💗 Pink for Purpose 5K Walk/Run 💗

Come out and walk or run for a purpose as we support and honor those impacted by breast cancer!

Join us Saturday, October 3, from 8–11 AM at the Greater Ridgecrest YMCA. This is a FREE 5K Walk/Run for the community, with free wellness screenings, guest speakers, and more.

Bring your friends, family, coworkers, and loved ones every step matters! Wear your pink and let’s come together in support, love, and hope. 💕

It’s National Falls Prevention Awareness Week!

At the YMCA of the Suncoast, we’re committed to helping seniors and active older adults stay strong, confident and independent through programs that support safe, healthy movement.

Our free, evidence-based programs, including Healthy Steps for Older Adults and Enhance®Fitness, help participants improve strength, flexibility and mobility while learning strategies that can help reduce the risk of falls.

With support from certified instructors and connections with others in their community, older adults can continue moving safely and doing the things they love.
