We did it! Thanks to the weather, we weren’t able to set up the way we wanted but we got it done. We raised money for a good cause and met the need of the sweet tooth! Thank you Woody's Waterfront for allowing us to be a part of this event.

I primarily do cupcakes but when it’s the hubb’s and MIL’s birthdays I’ll make whatever they want. MIL asked for chocolate, and hubbs always gets an eclair cake so below is my variation.

Chocolate cake with vanilla pudding and graham cracker crust filling, chocolate frosting with chocolate ganache drip.
