Our Fall Challenge has officially begun 🍂
The girls started the season by writing a letter to themselves, setting new goals, and making a few promises to the version of themselves they’re becoming at the end of fall.
Now we get to put those promises into action 🤸🏼
We’ll be checking back in around Thanksgiving to see how much has changed, how much we’ve grown, and which goals became reality.

2 years ago, I had the opportunity to work at .studio in Finland. God had other plans, and instead, I ended up opening FLOW.
This summer, I finally got to visit .kate to take her class, and experience the studio I once thought I might be working at someday… except this time, I walked in as a studio owner myself 🥹
Life has such a funny way of bringing you back to places just as a completely different version of yourself.
Definitely one of those “wait… how did we get here?” moments 🪽
From what could have been to everything that actually happened.
And somehow, it feels like this story isn’t over yet… 🇫🇮 × FLOW 👀
Summer 2026, you were one for the books!
It’s easy to look at the number and forget everything it took to get there 🤍
Because even 50 classes isn’t “just 50 classes.” It’s 50 times you made the time. 50 times you chose to show up. 50 little promises you kept to yourself, even on the days you didn’t feel like it.
And the best part? Every single person starts at class #1
We are SO proud of our FLOW girls celebrating their August milestones. 🥹 Whether it’s 50, 100, 200, or our very first 500+, every milestone deserves to be celebrated.
