“Capataz,” by definition, means a person who is in charge. We pride ourselves on being in charge of providing the Laredo community with fresh and unique flavors in a casually comfortable atmosphere. Food should be fun, and nothing is more enjoyable to us than creating new recipes combining flavor profiles from Southern Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean, and the Mediterranean. Whether you’re enjoying dining outdoors on our patio or watching a game inside, good times can always be found here!

Had the privilege of enjoying a fantastic Peach Piquín Berliner with our good friends at Guadalupe Brewing — perfectly tart, sooo refreshing, with just the right little kiss of heat. Worth the drive, especially since you can only get it in their tasting room.
