In light of forecasted weather conditions, TAMIU will operate on a delayed start Monday, Jan. 26, 2026, with classes resuming and offices opening at 10 a.m.

University officials will continue to monitor the weather forecast throughout the weekend and early into next week. Please proceed to campus with caution and monitor local news, TAMIU’s SafeZone, and social media for any updates.

Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) will observe the State-authorized holiday for Martin Luther King Day on Monday, Jan. 19, 2026.

All University offices, including the Sue and Radcliffe Killam Library and the City of Laredo Tennis Complex at TAMIU, will close and reopen Tuesday, Jan. 20 at 8 a.m. for the first day of classes of the Spring 2026 semester.

Late Registration also begins Tuesday and ends Monday, Jan. 26, 2026.

TAMIU offices will close in a State-authorized holiday starting Monday, Dec. 22, 2025 - Friday, Jan. 2, 2026.

The Sue and Radcliffe Killam Library, Rec Center and City of Laredo Tennis Complex at TAMIU will also remain closed through the holiday break.

University offices reopen Monday, Jan. 5 at 8 a.m.

As part of a Texas A&M University System-authorized observance of Thanksgiving, TAMIU offices will be closed Wednesday, Nov. 26 at noon through Sunday, Nov. 30, 2025.

The Sue and Radcliffe Killam Library, Rec Center and City of Laredo Tennis Complex at TAMIU will also close Wednesday, Nov. 26 at noon and remain closed through the weekend.

Offices will reopen and classes resume Monday, Dec. 1, 2025.

The 2026-2027 FAFSA Drive sessions will be held in the Senator Judith Zaffirini Student Success Center Testing Center Lab 201.
