A lot of people focus on getting approved…
but the real question is, can you comfortably make the payment every month? 👀

Here’s a simple rule of thumb 👇

Your payment should be around 10–15% of your monthly income 💰

✔️ $2,000 income → $200–$300 payment
✔️ $3,000 income → $300–$450 payment
✔️ $4,000 income → $400–$600 payment

If it feels tight from day one… it’s probably too much
