Webb County Constable Pct. 1 deputies arrested four individuals over the past two days on various charges. Through proactive patrol efforts and ongoing law enforcement operations, deputies were able to take these individuals into custody and continue their commitment to keeping our community safe.

Victor Orlando Rodriguez was arrested and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance PG1 State Jail Felony.

Isaac Batres was arrested and served with an active warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance PG1 State Jail Felony and Possession of Ma*****na Class B.

Oscar Davila was arrested and charged with Possession of Ma*****na Class B.

Gilberto Lopez was arrested and charged with Driving while intoxicated >.15BAC Class A.

Constable Guadalupe Gomez commended his deputies, stating, "I am proud of the dedication and professionalism our deputies show every day. These arrests reflect their commitment to keeping our community safe.”

On June 2, 2026, while working Operation Stonegarden, deputies with Webb County Constable Precinct 1 observed a male subject suffering from multiple facial lacerations.

Deputies immediately rendered aid and attended to his injuries. Before losing consciousness, the victim advised deputies that he had been assaulted by three vagrants.

Through a quick investigation, deputies located the suspects across the street from the scene. All three individuals were taken into custody and charged with Assault Causing Bodily Injury (Class A Misdemeanor).

Jose Ibarra, Guillermo Vargas, and Alejandro Campos were arrested and charged with Assault causing Bodily Injury Class A.

🎓 Graduation season is a time to celebrate achievements, make memories, and enjoy time with family and friends. As celebrations begin across our community, we remind everyone to celebrate responsibly and make smart decisions.
The Laredo Police Department, alongside the Texas Department of Public Safety and Webb County Constable Precinct 1, will be conducting enforcement operations targeting:
🚔 Drunk drivers
🚔 Underage drinking
🚔 Adults providing alcohol to minors

💫This morning, Webb County Constable Pct.1 deputies attended the LISD Memorial Day Ceremony at Raymond & Tirza Martin High School.

Memorial Day allows us to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation.

🇺🇸During the ceremony, a 12 gun salute was conducted in honor of our fallen heroes, serving as a powerful reminder of the sacrifice made by those who defend our freedom.

🚔Our team enjoyed speaking with the students about careers in law enforcement, the importance of education, and making positive choices for their future.
