Our Mindful Movement + Mental Health Reset Workshop is just around the corner! 🌞

This time, we’re diving deep into the powerful connection between mind and body - through gentle yoga and guided practices that will leave you feeling grounded, clear, and recharged. 🧘🏻‍♀️💫

With the help from our student counselors, you’ll explore real, practical tools to help manage stress, anxiety, and moments of emotional overwhelm. And with the guidance of Alli Flores through yoga, you’ll learn how to cultivate resilience, inner balance, and a deeper sense of calm.

🎨Painted Pots & Growing Thoughts🌱

Our second summer workshop is blooming soon - a gentle, hands-on space to take a breath, get your hands a little messy, and grow something beautiful together. 🌸🪴

In this session, you’ll paint your own small plant pot and then plant seeds inside them - while also planting small intentions for personal growth. It’s more than just paint and soil - it’s a moment to slow down, care for yourself, and reflect on how we grow inside and out.
