Cactus Java CO
Better Brew, Bolder BBQ, Everytime.
As family and a business owner we have made the difficult decision to temporarily closed until further notice, due to financial strain running this business put on our family we have decided to take a break from the food truck business until we are more financially stable we are not giving up on our dreams, however sometimes other priorities come first thank you so much for your support and understanding.
Hello everyone, I apologize for the delayed updates. Following discussions with my co-owners, we have made a couple of decisions. Firstly, I would like to extend an apology to those who received subpar food from us last week, which did not meet our usual standards of service and quality. Many of you were affected, and I have already provided refunds to six individuals and issued $30 gift cards as a gesture of goodwill, ensuring they receive the level of service and experience they deserve. Moving forward, we are reviewing our menu and plan to introduce a specialized menu for farmers markets and special events to avoid overwhelm. We will be providing intensive training to our employees over the next few weeks, with the goal of ending the farmers market season on a positive note at our next event.
We are thrilled to announce our return and invite you to join us at this Friday's farmers market. We will be unveiling the new face of Cactus Java Co, featuring bold flavors, delicious Cajun BBQ, and menu items you have been requesting. Our lineup for this Friday includes gumbo, jambalaya, fried pickles, fried cheese curds, Cajun-style hand-cut fries, our pulled pork sandwiches, and a new offering - Wagyu smash burgers crafted with real Australian Wagyu beef. We encourage you to try our new flavors and obtain a copy of our winter season schedule.
Hello everyone, I'm excited to share a long-awaited update with you. We're anticipating a reopening on September 5th, and although our new truck's licensing and inspection process has taken longer than expected, we're hopeful that we'll be up and running by then. As we transition into our winter schedule, we'll be introducing a refreshed lineup of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options for all, as well as a unique coffee experience that's a first for Laramie. Stay tuned for our updated schedule, which will be released soon, and we look forward to seeing you all at our new truck this winter. We're also gearing up for an exciting business partnership and a trip to Douglas for the Octoberfest celebration.

We're on the cusp of an exciting transformation, taking a brief pause mid-week to lay the groundwork for a game-changing new chapter. This week, we'll still be serving up our signature Cajun BBQ at the friday farmers market, but next week, we'll be taking a temporary break to push beyond our current limits. Our goal is to elevate our passion to new heights by licensing our truck and unveiling a brand-new trailer, complete with innovative menu items, just in time for this year's Octoberfest in Douglas, Wyoming, and our local farmers markets in Laramie.
