📣 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT! 📣

I have a very life changing announcement to share! This is extremely bitter sweet for me.

As you all know, I recently completed my degree in education with the intention of teaching in the future. Initially, I hadn’t planned to start that journey until much later in life. However, a position came up that I had been admiring for the past year. This position was not one I was expecting to become available, so when it did, I knew this had to be a sign. With a lot contemplation, consideration, and most of all prayer, I knew this is where God called me to be. I have accepted a position as a middle school teacher. I really hope that all my amazing guests that have always supported me, will continue to support me in their kindness towards my future endeavors. I will miss you all so very much, but if you know me, you know my passion will always be with children. Once I am more settled into my role and am feeling confident enough, I wouldn’t be opposed to coming in a day or two every few months for my 3-6 month balayages. The Color Lounge will remain open and running for hopefully many years to come. I have 4 amazing stylists there that give it its meaning and reputation. I know any of those lovely ladies will be more than capable of giving you the luxury services you deserve! All of my client’s formulas and information will be readily available to all of them so no one will skip a beat. You all can always reach out to me as well, and I will always be down to give you a little inspirational advice! I will always have a passion and love for doing hair, but I am truly excited for my new adventure. Thank you all for always sticking with me and supporting me! I couldn’t have made the last 15 years as a stylist, and 4 years as a salon owner this amazing without all of you!

I’d say we nailed her inspiration photo! With precise foil placement and technique, I was able to use her natural color as her “shadow root”. In doing this, she saves money, avoids needing the dark touched up, grows out perfectly, and creates a soft blend without needing a shadow to hide or blur the lines. The more you know 🙃
