Winter is quickly getting here, and the snow is upon us. Everyone drive safe and make sure you're prepared for the winter months. Here are a few tips to ensure your safety on the road:
1. Don't use cruise control in slippery or wet conditions
2. Keep your gas tank half full to avoid gas line freeze up
3. Make sure your tires are properly inflated and you have enough tread
4. Increase your following distance in bad weather conditions
5. Keep warm gear (blankets and extra clothing) in the event of an emergency
6. Check your battery and wiper blades to ensure they work properly
7. Don't travel unless absolutely necessary in bad conditions
