Now, before you all get too excited, I'm back with a limited schedule for the next two weeks. After two weeks I'll be able to start doing a lot more but I'm still taking it easy. Remember, I just had major surgery on my thumb/hand/arm... bear with me! 🙌🏼 But let's get you back in this book!!!!!!
Heyyyy hair friends!
Just wanted to jump on here to give a quick life update. I will not be doing hair for the next two months or so. I had major surgery on my hand, which requires a very long and extensive recovery unfortunately. I've already talked to many of you and we have a plan set in place. If you are one of my clients and you are needing your hair done, I have a very amazing local stylist friend that I would love to send you to. (She does my hair too) Please do not hesitate to reach out.

I'm Shaunna, the LOUDEST voice you'll hear during a game.
Most of you know me because I own a salon (Savage Locks) & I do awesome hair. What many of you don't know is that my life is dedicated to sports. I coach 3 sports at the high school I graduated from in 2001, New Prairie. I'm the varsity head coach for girls flag football, JV head coach for softball & Asst. JV girls basketball coach. My heart and soul is poured not only into my beautiful hair creations but the sports I love. On this page you've never seen the "other" side of me, so here we are. It's not often you have a hair stylist who's also an athlete or loves sports to this degree. Those 2 worlds rarely collide. I'm PROUD to not only love my career but I also love coaching. So, welcome to the other side of my life...we do cool stuff over here too. Look good, feel good, play good...in that order 😉
