Big news at Victory Field Operations—we’re excited to welcome Anne DeLisle as our new Director of Business Marketing!

Anne brings a strong background in Michigan politics, party leadership, and campaign operations, most recently serving as Chairwoman of the 8th Congressional District Republican Committee. She’s worked across campaigns at every level and knows what it takes to win.

Before joining VFO, Anne worked in Lansing for State Representative Bill G. Schuette, gaining valuable insight into state government and legislative operations.

She’s joining us at a time of major growth, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her helping us build, scale, and continue delivering results across the country.

Big weekend in Iowa.

Members of our Victory Field Operations team were on the ground across six rural counties helping one of our clients qualify for the ballot — and we didn’t just hit the target… we exceeded the signature goal.

That’s what happens when you put experienced operators in the field who know how to execute.

Ballot access isn’t theory. It’s logistics, discipline, and hustle — and our team continues to deliver across the country. 🇺🇸

Big news for the Victory Field Operations team!

I’m excited to welcome Luke Derheim as our new Senior Project Manager at VFO.

Luke brings an incredible background in political operations and campaign leadership. He previously served as Campaign Manager for Congressman John Moolenaar, District Representative in his congressional office, and Legislative Director for State Representative Bill G. Schuette. He also managed Bill Schuette’s campaign for HRCC Chair and has worked with both the Republican National Committee and the Republican Party of Virginia.

On top of that, Luke served as President of College Republicans at Saginaw Valley State University and now holds the title of President Emeritus — a testament to the leadership and impact he’s had even early in his career.

Luke understands campaigns, operations, and how to execute under pressure — exactly the kind of leadership we need as VFO continues to grow across the country.

Excited to have him on the team and looking forward to the big things ahead.

Welcome to VFO, Luke!

Most people will just see the headline: 750,000 signatures submitted.

But what that number actually represents is thousands of conversations, countless volunteer hours, and people all across Michigan stepping up because they care about the future of our state.

Today the Citizens Only Voting constitutional amendment campaign submitted more than 750,000 signatures to the Michigan Bureau of Elections to place this proposal on the ballot.

Over 17,000 volunteer circulators helped collect those signatures. That kind of grassroots effort doesn’t happen without people who are willing to show up, put in the work, and engage their communities.

I’m incredibly proud that Victory Field Operations had the opportunity to partner with MICHCOV to help lead the volunteer collection effort. Watching so many volunteers across Michigan step up for this effort has been truly inspiring.

The signatures now head to the Michigan Secretary of State’s office for certification, which will determine whether this constitutional amendment appears on the November 2026 ballot.

Regardless of where someone stands on an issue, the ability of citizens to organize and bring proposals directly to the ballot is one of the most powerful parts of our democratic process.

And today was a major milestone in that process.

This weekend, members of the VFO executive leadership team were in Arizona investing intentionally in growth.

We focused on expanding leadership capacity, refining scalable systems, and tightening our long-term strategy as we continue building nationwide. At Victory Field Operations, we know elite ex*****on in the field starts with disciplined, aligned leadership at the top.

Learning directly from Natalie Dawson and Brandon Dawson is always powerful — but having John C. Maxwell train us in person was on another level. One of the most impactful hours of my life.

That is the power of mentorship. Being in the room. Being sharpened in real time. Being challenged to think bigger, lead stronger, and scale with intention.

This morning I had the opportunity to attend a women’s leadership breakfast with Natalie Dawson, and it was such a strong way to start the day.

Being in a place filled with female founders and executives who are building at scale reminds you that growth is intentional. We talked about being female leaders inside rapidly scaling businesses, how to grow outside our comfort zones, and how to intentionally focus our time and energy on the activities that actually move us toward our goals.

As I continue building Victory Field Operations alongside an incredible team, I am very aware that leadership growth has to happen first. When we grow, the company grows.

Grateful for mentors like Natalie and for spaces that bring strong women together to connect, challenge one another, and continue raising the standard of how we lead and grow.

The future is built by leaders who are willing to keep expanding — and that is exactly what we are doing. 🔥
