Garlic Butter Shrimp and Crab Crescent Ring
Flaky crescent pastry wraps around a creamy seafood center scented with garlic butter, Parmesan, and tender herbs. Each slice opens to sweet shrimp, delicate crab, and melted cheese tucked inside a golden, pull-apart ring.
🛒Ingredients :
• 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
• 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped if large
• 1 cup cooked crab meat or lobster, chopped
• 4 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 3 tbsp garlic butter, melted
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• 1/2 tsp Old Bay or Cajun seasoning
• Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
• 1 egg, beaten, for egg wash

1. Blend the Seafood Filling
In a mixing bowl, incorporate the shrimp, crab meat or lobster, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, minced garlic, parsley, seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the filling is creamy, evenly seasoned, and still textured with pieces of seafood.
2. Shape the Crescent Base
Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the crescent triangles in a ring, overlapping the wide ends in the center and letting the points fan outward.
3. Add the Creamy Center
Spoon the seafood mixture around the inner circle of the dough. Keep the filling even so every slice has a balanced layer of cheese, garlic, and shellfish.
4. Fold and Glaze
Bring each pointed end of dough over the filling and tuck it gently underneath to form a sealed ring. Brush with beaten egg, then spoon or drizzle the melted garlic butter over the surface for a glossy finish.
5. Bake Until Golden
Finish in the oven for 22 to 25 minutes, until the crescent ring is puffed, crisp, and deeply golden. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing so the creamy seafood center settles beautifully.
