I couldn’t handle my spare room smelling like a chicken coop any longer and I think she was getting sad and lonely so I let her leave the crate and she joined the flock again. Things are looking great! It doesn’t seem like anyone is picking on her and I think she’s eating and drinking more now that she’s back out with her buddies. Her healing is seeming to continue to progress 🫶🏻 I’m sad this happened to her but I’m so thankful I caught her in time to save her! She’s my OG and rightfully so 💪🏼

Sourdough is available through preorder. Orders are due by Thursday evening and are available for pick up Sundays after 3pm

I delivered an order to an elderly woman today and we did a porch pick up, she included the cutest little envelope and note where she put the money 🥰 I thought it was so sweet I had to share ❤️ the little chef pic is totally going on my fridge!
In all my years I don’t think I’ve ever only found one morel, especially at that size but it’s just the beggining!
This meal was so amazing!
Delicious and nutritious wild food!
