Members and friends,
I have to conclude at this point that holding a meeting tomorrow would do very little to advance our mission which is: to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth.

I say this because it seems that apparently very few of our members can attend tomorrow’s meeting, I guess for various reasons. None of these are our newer members, who may need those opportunities the most!

I propose that we cancel tomorrow’s meeting. I’ll be online tomorrow morning in case this email doesn’t reach everyone in time, as it is nearly 5 pm now. I’ll also pay particular attention to my emails, etc. in case someone has reason to reverse this course of action.
