What a fun "Old Hollywood" themed mystery night we had for the Home Towne Real Estate awards!!

This couple has been on a journey to buy a house for more than 4 years and worked with at least 5 realtors before ending up with me from a referral. They have been navigating a tricky market for buyers and needed a realtor with speed, grit, & creativity.

Bianca had actually been interested in the house since it sold previously in 2022 and had been watching it ever since! It was the first house that we looked at together 🙂

With a little luck and a lot of hustling, we jumped through numerous hurdles to get to the finish line! Total time: less than 45 days from when we had our first conversation about me working as their agent.

And to sweeten the deal even more, the house appraised more than $25,000 above the purchase price! There's nothing better than walking into a house purchase and having equity on day 1 without doing anything 🎯

Such a meaningful closing - I got the opportunity to help dear friends finally move out of their small city house and into a wonderful spacious country house with several acres for their children to play ❤️

If you didn't see my post from last week, Adam Fisher & I have had quite the mess going on at our East Lansing apartment building! But it was well worth it. The concrete and new stairs look great and also make the building safer for our tenants ❤️

Now we just need to paint the rest of that ugly green railing on the second floor and get some new siding - the projects never end 😅

We have some major renovation work going on at The East Lansing Belle apartments that Adam Fisher & I own/manage! We knew it was a large project to replace all the stairs and concrete in the center of the building, but we weren't expecting the subfloor & joists under the concrete to be completely rotted 😬

It's about halfway done right now with a plan to finish up tomorrow! I'm excited to see the final results!!
