Michigan BluesFest 2026 was one for the blues books!

This years four day festival was filled with incredible talent and energy. Thank you to all who came out to enjoy the music and community here in the heart of Old Town Lansing.

🚨 PSA: BLUESFEST SATURDAY SCHEDULE & LOCATION UPDATE 🚨

Due to Saturday’s weather conditions, Saturday, September 19 BluesFest will be moved indoors.

All Saturday performances will now take place at UrbanBeat Event Center and MICA Gallery in Old Town Lansing. The festival is still on — we’re just bringing the music inside!

Wednesday & Thursday bring intimate indoor concerts at UrbanBeat, then BluesFest moves outdoors Friday & Saturday with three stages, including Turner Street and Fish Ladder stages, vendors, food & more!

🎤Wednesday at 7PM, Greg Nagy and Ray Goodman come together for an intimate acoustic blues performance blending masterful guitar, powerful vocals, and decades of Detroit blues music to the UrbanBeat stage.

🎹Thursday at 7PM, Tom Duffield takes stage! Duffields piano work has been a fixture of the blues music scene for decades and brings a deep repertoire of standards and unexpected selections to the festival. His blues style is both seasoned and full of surprises.
