Today, we welcomed Adam Starr, a self-proclaimed "Ele's Place Dad," whose family joined the Ele's Place community in 2011–2013 following the death of his wife, Mary.

Adam attended Ele's Place alongside his three young children, finding support, understanding, and connection during one of the most difficult times in their lives.

Inspired by the impact Ele's Place had on his family, Adam later helped bring Ele's Place to West Michigan so that other grieving children and families could access the same support that meant so much to him.

We are grateful for Adam's continued advocacy and commitment to our mission. His story is a powerful reminder that healing can lead to hope, and hope can inspire lasting impact.

Thank you, Adam, for stopping by and for your continued dedication to helping ensure that no child grieves alone. πŸ’™
