One year ago today Charlie Kirk was shot and killed. Regardless of your political beliefs, we must return to healthy discussion & debate and reject violence. PS: Charlie told me he liked my tie.

Proud of my mom, Wendy Wolcott, for stepping up as acting chair of the Mott Community College Board of Trustees. She's running meetings with grit, amplifying every voice, and keeping students front and center while I fight to reclaim my seat on the K-12 Davison School Board.

Please join me in prayer as Jill Fennessy, former longtime president of the Michigan Association of School Boards, has passed away after a brief battle with cancer. I was honored to travel the state with her promoting strong school board policy and public education. May she rest in peace.

Teamwork makes the dream work! 💯

The student broadcasting program DTV at Davison High School changed my life. It earned me my first on-air job at 17 working for a major CBS affiliate, WNEM-TV5. I understand the concept of investing in students via CTE (Career Technical Education) and the long term benefits.

My parents intended on sending me to Powers Catholic High School after my nine years (K-8) at Holy Rosary Catholic-Flint. The deciding factor in enrolling me at Davison was the award winning broadcasting program.

While I really wanted to attend powers and continue my catholic education, this program opened up doors. Thank God I still crossed paths with my Superhero and kept the catholic faith strong, despite the change in plans for high school.

I'm running for the School Board to continue to invest in programs like DTV. Just like I did in my first term. DTV made things possible for me, and I want to do the same for other students.

After work, went campaigning at the Back to the Bricks Davison tune-up party. Great night interacting with voters and checking out all the classic cars.
