Every year, young people join our program to learn, grow, and find their voice through the performing arts.

But the journey doesn’t stop there.

As many of our members move through high school and into college, our Employment Program provides an opportunity for them to stay connected, earn income, and step into leadership roles mentoring the next generation.

What begins as participation becomes experience, responsibility, and workforce development.

Our college students return as staff, instructors, and program leaders—helping younger members grow while building real-world skills in leadership, teamwork, and program management.

Your support helps us continue creating opportunities that allow young people to grow from members… to mentors… to leaders.
