An exciting before-and-after project that just recently finished! ✨

Located in downtown Alma, this older building sat vacant for many years. Finally, it has been given a fresh start and a new opportunity to serve residents and tenants once again. Can you believe what we found underneath those rusty metal panels!

We’re proud to have been apart of this project, seeing this space reimagined, restored, and brought back to life, contributing to the continued revitalization of the downtown community.

Yesterday, we lost a long-time member of our SIA team and a friend.

Matt Nelson, or “Nelson” as everyone here knew him, will surely be missed by all. For over 14 years, Matt was a dedicated member of the Studio Intrigue family and had connections with some of us for 25 years. His quirky sense of humor, kind heart to all, and quiet presence in the office left a mark that will not be forgotten.

We, as a team, are heartbroken at this loss.
