Taking your kids with you to the mall for holiday shopping? Make sure you do it safely. Find a large landmark in the mall (a sculpture or fountain, for example) that your child can look for if they get separated from you. You can also tuck a card in their pocket with your name and cell phone number on it, and tell them to give it to a store cashier if they get lost.
