📣 Big News from the Old Town Commercial Association!

We’re thrilled to announce that James Lenon will be joining the OTCA as our new Executive Director, beginning October 27! 🎉

James joins us following a long career with the Michigan State Senate and brings a deep creative and community spirit to the role. As a new Old Town resident, you may have already spotted him around the neighborhood — camera in hand capturing the beauty of Greater Lansing, out biking the trails with his wife and friends, or volunteering with the Mid Michigan Mountain Biking Association (MMMBA), where he serves as board president.
James will work alongside our current Executive Director, Samantha Benson, over the next few months during the transition. The OTCA Board is incredibly grateful for Samantha’s dedication and leadership over the past several years, first as a volunteer, then board member, and finally as Executive Director. We know her kindness and energy will be deeply missed.

Please join us in welcoming James to the Old Town family and thanking Samantha for everything she’s done to move Old Town forward. 💛
