On the last day of school, Caledonia Community Schools celebrated a major milestone with a topping out ceremony at Duncan Lake Middle School.

Students signed the final beam before it was lifted into place, creating a meaningful moment that connected them to the progress happening on site.

We were honored to join the The Catholic Initiative, Archdiocese of Detroit, and the Basilica of Ste. Anne de Detroit to mark the start of a $42 million restoration project at the Ste Anne's Historic District.

Founded in 1701, Ste. Anne has been part of Detroit’s story for more than 300 years.

Our Historic Preservation Group is proud to lead the restoration alongside Resendes Design Group, HopkinsBurns Design Studio, TYLin, and Strategic Energy Solutions to ensure this cornerstone of Southwest Detroit’s spiritual and cultural life continues to serve the community for generations to come.

We started our Saturday with fresh air, riverfront views, and a great turnout at the Detroit Riverfront Conservancy’s 5K! 🏃‍♂️☀️

From early meetups to cheering each other across the finish line, it was a fun way to support a cause that helps keep one of Detroit’s best spaces thriving. Even better, our very own Carla Jewell took first place in her age group. Way to go, Carla! 🎉

Thanks to the Conservancy for putting on another great event. We are already looking forward to next year.

Seeing the Corewell Health Zeeland Hospital C-Section Suite open its doors and support families welcoming new life makes this work especially meaningful. Congratulations to the Corewell team on their new thoughtfully constructed space.

We were pleased to tour the Northville Township Police and Fire Departments at the Southeast Michigan Psychiatric Hospital.

By walking first responders through the 406,000-SF facility ahead of opening, we are helping build familiarity with the layout, security, and access points, supporting safer and more effective response when it matters most.

It is one more way we take a proactive approach to project turnover, prioritizing safety for patients, staff and the community.
