The first week of Summer L.A.B.S. was a blast!

This week we’re showcasing the awesome creations that these scientists in Slime Entrepreneur developed. From building a business from the ground up to inventing their own one-of-a-kind themed slime, this L.A.B.S. program was jam packed with creativity and fun!

Thank you to Lansing Regional SmartZone and Jackson for supporting Impression 5 and allowing us to continue creating engaging L.A.B.S. experiences like this.

A new batch of NeeDohs are dropping at your Science Center!

On Saturday, June 13, we are excited to offer Teenie Cool Cats, Teenie Groovy Glob!, Nice Ice Baby, and the Groovy Glob! for purchase starting at 9 a.m.

Please enter through the Riverside entrance only and note that purchases are limited to one of each type per person.

We look forward to seeing you on Saturday for our next NeeDoh drop!

A portion of the Michigan Ave. bridge is closed for construction through mid-September.

To navigate the construction, there are two available options to access Impression 5 Science Center:
• From Michigan Ave. to a converted two-way street on Museum Drive
• Underneath the Lansing Center accessed from Cedar Street

Please follow temporary detour signs and be aware of traffic that may be coming from other directions. Thank you for your patience while construction is underway.

We are so excited to offer two Sensory Friendly opportunities this month!

Explore your Science Center in a more relaxed environment with fewer crowds, sensory friendly tools, and a special pop-up activity where you can create your own constellation string art.

June’s Sensory Friendly Hours:

• Wednesday, June 10 - 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
• Sunday, June 14 - 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
