Say hi to Christie Moore!
Christie co-founded Impact Lansing 18 years ago and has been directing it ever since. She brings 25 years of youth ministry and pastoral experience and is passionate about helping students grow in their faith while building the strong community that makes Impact Lansing so meaningful. She loves everything about Impact Lansing and could not be more grateful to still be part of it after all these years. It's one of her favorite weeks of the year!

This is Jordan Mears!
Jordan is our worship leader for Impact Lansing. He is gifted in creating meaningful and powerful worship experiences and helping students come into the presence of the Lord and to the feet of Jesus. He's also one of our speakers and is the best at leading some of our favorite Impact Lansing icebreakers each night. Jordan has been part of Impact Lansing in one form or another almost since the beginning, and we cannot imagine the week without his presence, leadership, and influence.

Meet Jessica!
Jessica Doerr is truly a gift and we are so glad to have her on our team! She sees the details and the little things better than most. Jessica is Christie’s other brain as the weeks get closer to Impact Lansing and is a blessing to everyone who knows her. She is amazing with teenage girls, willing to help in any way needed, part of our speaking team, deeply loves the Lord, and is just so much fun!

Say hello to Justin Gill!
Justin has been part of Impact Lansing for 17 of its 18 years. He serves as both a youth pastor and speaker, and is a valued part of our leadership team. Justin brings the FUN by planning and coordinating team competitions, while also offering wisdom, discernment, and creative ideas that help make the week unforgettable. And he even drums for the worship during chapel! We are so grateful to have Justin as part of the team!

Meet Joel Wayner!
Joel was the first youth pastor to say yes to joining the mission & vision 17 years ago, and we cannot imagine the week without his presence. As the Lead Pastor of Student Ministries at South Church, he brings decades of youth ministry experience and expertise. His heart for helping students not just experience Jesus but come into a personal relationship with Him as their Savior is truly amazing. Impact Lansing would not be the same without Joel!

One thing that makes Impact Lansing so special is that we are more than just a camp. We are part mission trip!
