Cinnaire is proud to support the preservation of Tamerlane Apartments, a 194-unit community made possible through strong partnership with LNWA & Arbor Management.
As Jacob Stern from our team shared, success wasnโt just about the transactionโit was about ensuring residents were supported every step of the way during a complex, occupied rehab.
Projects like this show whatโs possible when mission-driven partners come together to protect and modernize critical affordable housing. Grateful for the collaboration of New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency, JPMorganChase, and USDA Rural Development.
