- Do not park on the sidewalks to ensure proper shoveling and salting of the walk ways.
-Keep heat on and at least 65 degrees or higher.
-Keep faucets at a drip so pipes do not freeze.
-Run your ceiling fan clockwise to pull cold air up and push the warm air down.
-Do not run your A/C.
-Do not leave space heaters unattended.
-Do not leave any running vehicles unattended.
-Make sure the exterior doors are closed and latched shut behind you while entering and exiting the building.
-Notify Leasing if you will be leaving for an extended period of time.
-Notify Leasing immediately if any heat issues occur.
