I’ve been a little quiet on here, and I want to be honest about why.
Life has been… a lot. And as an eldest daughter, my default is to carry everything, take care of everyone, and put myself last. So even the things I love, like showing up here and sharing, sometimes get pushed to the side.
But that’s actually why I created More Than the Strong One: A Guide to Eldest Daughter Syndrome.
Because I know I’m not the only one who feels this way. The pressure, the responsibility, the silence, the strength that no one really checks on. This book is for us. It’s a space to unpack that, to breathe, and to finally choose ourselves too.
Thank you for being here, even while I’ve been navigating life behind the scenes. I’m still growing through this in real time, and I’m grateful to share the journey with you 🤍
Grab this thoughtful for your eldest daughter friends. You still have time to get it before Christmas.

“I don’t feel like being the strong one today.”
If that sentence feels a little too real, you’re probably an eldest daughter who’s been carrying the weight of responsibility for years. Rest isn’t weakness — it’s repair. My self-care series for eldest daughters is designed to help you release perfectionism, unlearn overfunctioning, and finally choose yourself.

If you’re shopping for an eldest daughter this Christmas…
Give her something that lets her breathe. A massage, a moment of silence, a day with zero responsibilities.
And while you’re at it, get her this book. She’ll thank you later. ❤️

Eldest daughters… a gentle reminder 💛
The holidays have a way of pulling us into go-mode — working extra hours to afford gifts, cleaning every corner of the house, cooking, hosting, keeping the family traditions alive… all while acting like we’re powered by magic.
But please hear this: you don’t have to carry the whole season on your back.
You’re allowed to rest. You’re allowed to slow down. You’re allowed to enjoy the holidays too — not just manage them.
Your worth is not measured by how much you do, how much you give, or how hard you push yourself.
Take a breath. Delegate. Let something be “good enough.”
Give yourself the gift you’ve been giving everyone else: care.
Rest, sis. The holidays will still be beautiful. 🎄✨

Rest is not laziness. Stillness is not weakness. I am a human being — one that needs tending, watering, and love. ✨
