Please take a few minutes to contact your Michigan State Senator and State House Representative in support of Senate Bill 999. Personal outreach from trusted professionals like you can make a meaningful difference in helping legislators understand the value and impact of this initiative.
SB 999 would establish a sustainable funding mechanism for statewide aerial imagery & LiDAR acquisition, reducing costs through statewide purchasing, minimizing administrative burden on local governments, and ensuring Michigan continues to have access to the high-quality imagery that supports public safety, infrastructure, economic development, property records, and countless private-sector applications.
A quick email or phone call can make a difference. Let your Senator & Representative know why current, accurate aerial imagery matters to your work, your community, and Michigan's future.
