Stoopfest is grateful for MSUFCU’s support. Originally founded in 1937 by faculty and staff of Michigan State College (now Michigan State University) and operated out of a desk drawer on campus, MSU Federal Credit Union (MSUFCU) is now the largest university-based credit union in the world. With branches open throughout Michigan alongside mobile banking options, MSUFCU provides superior service while assisting over 367 thousand members and employees to achieve financial security, their goals, and ultimately dreams. We want to thank The State News for sponsoring Stoopfest!

The State News, founded in 1909, is the official independent student voice of Michigan State University. It publishes StateNews.com, a weekly newsmagazine every Tuesday during fall and spring semesters, and a daily email newsletter. It's also one of the last independent nonprofit student-run media organizations in the country.

The Stoopfest crew understands how important independent media is, and is grateful for support from The State News.

MSU students can gain hands-on experience in print and digital journalism while building professional skills in writing, photography, videography, and management. Visit https://statenews.com/ for more information.

Thank you to Allen Neighborhood Center (ANC) for partnering with us to make this special festival possible! ANC serves as a dynamic hub where Lansing Eastside neighbors access resources to improve their health and well-being; expand their capacity to seize job and entrepreneurial opportunities; create a strong sense of place, belonging, and community pride; and build a safe, sustainable, and thriving neighborhood. ANC plays a major role as a venue during the festival and shares resources with the Stoopfest crew throughout the year.

This year, we’re proud to showcase ANC as a free stage Friday and Saturday! In addition to music, stop by ANC for the for:
⭐️ Great meals from local makers
⭐️ Grab-and-Go food options at Eastside Lansing Food Co-op
⭐️ Vendors located indoors
⭐️ A space to rest out of the elements
⭐️ Modern restrooms
⭐️ Water fountains
⭐️ Opportunities to connect with community members

Gather at ANC on Saturday for free coffee starting at 9am for a Peer Support Recovery Hangout, then kick-off the Stoopfest Parade with us which starts at 11:30am. Meet at 11am if you want to join in and march! 🎉

We want to give a huge shout out to MSU’s student run radio station WDBM! Impact played a major role in the early days of Stoopfest and we’re grateful for their continued support!

WDBM in its current form has been broadcasting since 1989. All MSU students are welcome to volunteer and work at the station! The Stoopfest crew highly recommends students check out the wide variety of creative opportunities including DJing, audio engineering, shooting and editing professional in-studio performances or interviews, marketing, and covering all 23 Spartan sports teams as a part of one of the largest student-run sports media outlets in the country.

Impact offers a place for any student of any major with any career aspirations to flourish in a creative, professional, fun and award-winning atmosphere. Check out https://impact89fm.org/ for more information on getting involved and supporting college radio.
