Legacy Leadership Forums
Legacy Leadership Forums equips Christian Business Leaders to live a Biblical Legacy in all areas of their lives: in family, in business, and in community.
Legacy Leadership Forums is a team of business owners and managers who meet together monthly for mutual encouragement and accountability. Yet we find ourselves interacting in all these areas. Just what does it take to pay attention i

Worship isn't confined to a church building; it's a lifestyle that involves regular communication with God through prayer and thanksgiving, acts of kindness and caring, pursuing moral integrity and spiritual growth, and encouraging and serving others. But that's just the tip of the iceberg. Every aspect of our life has the potential to be an act of worship. www.legacyleadershipforums.org

Larry Yurko, EVP at Legacy Sign Group, is a member of Legacy’s Executive Forum. Larry shared that as a Kingdom Leader, he sees how secular work and sacred work are interwoven. God’s concern is not limited to church buildings or explicitly religious roles; Scripture consistently presents work itself as part of humanity’s calling. In that sense, Larry believes the distinction between “sacred” and “secular” is often more cultural than biblical. Larry also shared how Legacy Leadership Forums has provided a necessary foundation—one that he wholeheartedly believes has been transformative in his “secular” walk with Jesus Christ—while he leans into the belief that his work is, in fact, sacred.

Surface interactions are easy but getting to know and love in a deeply spiritual way those in a community or business setting, and sometimes even one's own home, can be challenging. Within the context of being a Kingdom Leader, the depth of everyday relationships is so important www.legacyleadershipforums.org

Legacy Leadership Forums holds as a core value the belief that the work of a Christian leader is Sacred Work. Sacred Work embraces the concept of "Avodah," the word which combines Work, Worship, and Service as our response of love toward God.

God guides and leads us to where He wants us to go. Then He provides more than we can imagine, far more than we could possibly provide on our own. Such a comforting promise that allows God's people to go about the day in perfect peace and confidence! www.legacyleadershipforums.org

Dan Allen is a member of Legacy Leadership Forum's Next Chapter Illinois Forum. Dan is not a fan of the word "retired"; rather, he looks at this stage of life as simply his "next chapter", where he can use his leadership to continue to join God in His Kingdom work. In his journey from full-time work to his next chapter, Dan hopes to focus on spiritual growth, serving others, continuing to better understand his gifts, and then discern the most effective way to use them to love God and love others. In addition to the Illinois Forum, a Next Chapter Forum is now forming in Northwest Indiana. www.legacyleadershipforums.org
