Washington Avenue Train Project
Urban Train Service to Detroit, Kalamazoo, Chicago from REO Town Lansing and OLD Town Lansing For too long, Lansing has had no train service.
Urban train service is paramount to the growth and connection to other cities in the region. We're changing that. Ignored by so-called economic development authorities, a concerned group of forward-thinking residents have launched an effort to change the futurescape of a city.
We are still 100% behind this project...we are soon to be going against board of water and light if they dont concede our station plans. We will keep you updated.

Just got a proposal to handle this for Lansing and Detroit and all of Canada...I think I speak for all of the are when I say NOT INTERESTED! Not quite often does a Natty taste so good!

Big budget meeting tonight. Our funding came threw some of the brownfield backdoor money and sponsorhips from the private sector and people who actually care about our city. we will hired layed off city workers first.

Train stations mean more employable workers can commute without the impact. Why is there no train station in Lansing? They don't like high-paying jobs like Silicon valley, that's why.
