How are houses and bras alike?!
Support and Structure: Both act as a foundation. A house supports its occupants, a bra supports the bust!
Protection and Coverage: Both offer a layer of protection from the external environment.
Maintenance and Care: Like a house, a bra needs proper care and maintenance to stay in good shape. Washing, careful storage, etc to maintain its longevity.
The "House Bra" Concept Overlap: Similar to how you change into comfy clothes when you get home, there is a similar concept of a house bra. This bra is generally designed for comfort and light support while lounging.
Emotions Run High: Shopping for bras can be super stressful and emotional, especially if you are a size not found in common stores. Shopping for houses is also crazy emotional! It can be stressful, take longer than you'd like, and sometimes the one you want isn't available anymore.
People ask me why I chose to become a Real Estate Agent. Well, now you have a clue as to how easy the transition was, haha!

Small group huddle with some of my team mates this morning. For those who haven't heard, I am now a real estate agent and loving life! It was important to me that I continue to be able to help people in the community, standing on trust and integrity to guide the way.
I know this isn't the sexiest of photos, and I promise there won't be many more of these on this page. But for those who could like to continue to follow this new adventure of mine I'll post it in the comments. I miss you all!

The time has come for Curvaceous Lingerie to close. Thank you, my amazing community for the 12.5 years we’ve shared together. Thank you for your trust in me, and for sharing your own stories as we’ve gotten to know one another. Helping you all feel amazing truly made my heart happy. We all need to lift each other up!
This is a decision that I have made for several reasons, but number one will always be my family. My young kids miss their Mommy on weekends, and I need to be able to contribute to my household more consistently.
Secondly, the shifting social and market trends that are happening now are making small business retail really tough. The past couple of years have been challenging, and now it is even more so.
I am sad at the thought of leaving all of you without amazing fitting bras. Right now I am exploring options with that in mind. I will keep you posted as things may or may not unfold.
And if you’re wondering what my next step is, that still remains to be seen. But I’m looking forward to my next professional chapter, and can’t wait to dive into something new.

Disappointingly, my huge swimsuit order delayed their ship date and won’t make it in time for this weekends Pop-Up event. So we are postponing! Stay tuned for more details!
