10 years ago we released our first album on New Years Eve, Unfortunate Timing.

While we have moved on from this style and don't play much of anything from it anymore (except for maybe Bongo rarely), as well as member changes and life changes, it is still an achievement to be proud of in a sense that we wanted to do it, we worked hard on it, and managed to get it out there to the world.

As a bass player, I can be really proud of my performances on songs like Internal Bleeding and In A Storm, Zacks playing on Internal and Party Song are killer, Marcus was a machine on drums, Sean screamed his head off, our buddy Chris hopped on to play a few solos on It'll Be Loud and Survive (both of which are insane) and Nathan made this whole mess sound pretty dang good for recording it in his basement.

Hey all! Its been a while.

Our brief hiatus clearly turned into a quite long hiatus. This year was a bit rough for some of us so we needed to step away for a bit and hit refresh.

We have ideas, riffs, demos, etc. The desire to make noise is there, we want to do it and honestly stepping away for while I think really helped us want to do it again. Make noise, hang out, and be a couple of faultered dudes.

We shall see what the new year has in store for Faultered Step and if it will allow us to do so.
