-Soccer is idolized by millions of people around the world including myself...but just like so many things in this world soccer is filled with amazing promises of Joy, fulfillment and peace .

But unfortunately these are empty promises that never truly fulfill and I’m a witness of it.

The more intimate I have gotten with Jesus I have found that Christ offers all these same these things
••But unlike every other desire in this world...Christ actually FULFILLS! In Christ alone I have ultimate peace, ultimate joy and ultimate satisfaction.

Isn’t that what we truly want in life? To feel like we are enough for who we are....not needing to chase peoples approval and affirmation?

Thats why I love Jesus! Because he willingly gave me everything that I would ever really need and want. He is slowly removing my grip on so many idols.
Now I can live life FREE! I can play soccer FREE, I can go through the ups and downs of life FREE. And with a smile 😁😁 if you know the freedom I’m talking about comment FREEDOM!!
