The toddy as we know it started in British-controlled India. In the 1610s, dictionary.com notes, the Hindi word “taddy” meant “beverage made from fermented palm sap.” By 1786, taddy was officially written down and defined as “beverage made of alcoholic liquor with hot water, sugar, and spices.”

1 oz of baileys or kahlua
Shake, shake shake and strain into chocolate line martini glass!

Strawberry Moscow Mule:
1.5 oz of vodka 5oz of lime juice
Splash of simple syrup
4 oz of ginger beer
Splash of simple syrup
Muddle 3 strawberry slices and 2 lime slices in a mixing tin
Pour in vodka, lime juice and simple syrup and fill with ice
Shake and strain into iced copper mug and top with ginger beer
You can also use strawberry flavored vodka to cut out the muddling!

Lemon drop Martini
2oz of your favorite vodka5oz simple syrup
a splash of lemonade (optional)
a couple dashes of lemon juice 5oz of triple sec (optional-not pictured)
Build in shaker tin and shake and strain into a martini glass
