We incorporated a great cameo shot of them at the top and end of the show!

Who is PUMPED for this weekend?

With the Pumpstock Music Festival back in town, how can you not be? We had them on Studio 10 earlier this week and they gave us an incredible acoustic performance!
Look out for them in The City of East Lansing this weekend!

You can walk, jog or run -just make sure you make it to the finish line!

Interviewed my friend Cindy Erickson today to talk about the upcoming Trail Town 5k and 10k race that supports the non profit Friends of the Lansing Regional Trails which advocates for trail expansion and connectivity, organizes and cleans up maintenance of regional trails, educate trail users regarding safety and encourages people to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle!

You can make ever lasting friends being apart of this community! It was races like these where Cindy and I developed a strong friendship and crossed the Detroit half marathon finish line together !!
