Leaving an abusive relationship can seem impossible for a survivor, especially when 99% of survivors face financial abuse. Without access or control over their own finances, survivors and their children face the threat of homelessness when shelters are full.
CAWC is dedicated to helping survivors leave their abusive relationships safely and transition into the next chapter of their lives without significant challenges like financial insecurity or homelessness. If you or someone you know is experiencing abuse, resources and support are available at our 24/7 hotline: (773)278-4566.
