Our residents recently enjoyed a wonderful outing to Kean's Store Co., a charming old-fashioned variety store filled with unique finds and plenty of nostalgia. After browsing and shopping, everyone headed to Klavon's Pizzeria & Pub for a delicious lunch featuring the authentic pizza they’re famous for.

Between the great food, fun discoveries, and wonderful company, it was a day full of smiles from start to finish!

🏄‍♂️ Surf’s up at Red Cedar Lodge!

Residents rode the waves of creativity during a fun mini surfboard crafting project on the patio. Each person painted and personalized their own board, creating colorful designs that reflected their own style.

With warm weather, fresh air, and plenty of artistic flair, it was the perfect way to spend an afternoon outdoors. We may be far from the beach, but that didn't stop us from bringing a little surfing fun to our community! 🌊

There’s nothing better than a recipe made with teamwork and a little love! 🥔

During a fun therapy session with Powerback, our residents came together to prepare one resident’s special potato salad recipe from scratch. Everyone played a part — chopping eggs, celery, and onions, mixing ingredients together, and helping serve up the finished dish for everyone to enjoy.

Activities like these encourage fine motor skills, coordination, social connection, and plenty of smiles along the way! Thank you to Powerback for making therapy both meaningful and delicious. 😊

Nothing says Memorial Day weekend like a cookout with friends, fresh off the grill. 🇺🇸

Our residents enjoyed a delicious Memorial Day cookout filled with classic picnic favorites, burgers, and hot dogs hot off the grill, and plenty of great conversation together. Thank you to our amazing team for making the day so special for everyone!

Join us for a Super Hero Breakfast at Red Cedar Lodge! Enjoy a delicious breakfast, meet members of the League Of Enchantment Michigan, and experience a fun-filled morning with your favorite superheroes.

The League of Enchantment is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with the mission to work together with local hospitals, community organizations, and events to bring hope and smiles to kids (and kids at heart). Whether it is a smile, a hug, a photo, or a simple conversation with a child, we are here to make a difference in their lives through the power of cosplay.

Our community recently took a trip to Horrocks Farm Market, and everyone had a wonderful time exploring all it has to offer. From fresh fruit and a coffee bar to a wine bar, beer garden, salad and soup bar, and so many unique food items, there was something interesting around every corner.

Residents especially loved browsing the aisles and, of course, picking up a few tasty treats to bring home!
