What is up

This hit me to my soul and is why I feel the way I do now. I have always tried to be there for everyone and have put everyone first before myself. Now that I feel lost and feel as if I don’t even know who I am because I have watered everyone else’s flower pot before my own. I am working everyday to start putting myself first and not feel as if I’m being selfish. It’s a process but I can only take one day at a time.
