Waterfronts are more than edges, they’re opportunities.

From sidewalks that frame everyday views to parks that invite gathering and connection, waterfront design shapes how people experience water in their daily lives. Whether along a river, lake, or ocean, these spaces create access, strengthen community, and reconnect us to the natural systems that define our landscapes.

This , we’re highlighting the impact of thoughtful waterfront design; where access meets experience, and every step brings us closer to the water.

Streets are more than corridors, they’re the front lines of community life.

This World Landscape Architecture Month, we’re celebrating the power of streetscapes to transform how we move, connect, and experience our everyday environments. From safer crossings to vibrant public spaces, thoughtful design turns ordinary streets into places people want to be.

Landscape architects are shaping streets that are greener, more inclusive, and built for the future one block at a time.
