Goodness!
What an outstanding event.
We want to take this moment to thank everyone who supported CAPITAL AFROFEST

Capital Afrofest is a means to reaching a goal of representing Africa in an excellent way, connecting the city to our culture, and celebrating the culture together.

We would like to thank everyone who made this event a success, friends and family who shared/reshared the flyers and information about the event, gave words of encouragement and help in setting up sounds, backdrop, equipments and stage.

Capital Afrofest definitely uplifted city of Lansing's cultural experience, and this wouldn't have been possible without the works of amazing people, Vitu Nkosi, Rahab Musa, and Melissa.

The festival's Fashion segment definitely provided an unforgettable experience, showcasing African culture in a creative and unique way. Thanks to Nubian for accepting our invitation as a feature, and for making the fashion show a grandeur.
