For me? I agreed.
1. No one even knows how much you weigh, seriously,I've asked around, and no one got it right (for the record everyone underestimated)
2. I am in my 40's, a mom,with a full time job, a husband, and friends/family. I don't have the mental load or energy to force myself to a weight that may or may not be realistic.
3. When I pay more attention to my sleep, my physical activity, and what foods make me feel good (yes salad and ice cream BOT make me feel good), my mental health is better than when I focus on numbers (like calories or the scale).
What are your thoughts?
PS. Most clients I've been seeing arent after a number on the scale these days- it's about longevity, disease prevention ro treatment, feeling better, and having more energy. Just food for thought.

Made breakfast biscuits before?
These are ham, cheese, and chive.
250cal and 17 grams of protein. The recipe made 10. One for each of us M-F!
It's going to be breakfast one. Then another "breakfast" 3 hours later- probably Greek yogurt with fruit.

Fiber for days!!!
Seriously, 2 grams of fiber per tablespoon. Put 2 tablespoons on a piece of whole wheat toast and you have 7 grams of fiber.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup fresh or frozen fruit
Optional: sweetener of your choice and/or a splash of lemon juice
Directions
Heat fruit in a pan over medium heat for 3-5 minutes
Mash fruit
Take off the heat and add chia seeds- stir
Let sit for 10 minutes
Done
Feel free to double the recipe. Makes 6 tablespoons per batch.
