Saturday Shelfie! I finished my BOTM pick this week and it’s now available in the library. I couldn’t put this one down!!!

Sunday shelfie! Thank you to the wonderful woman who filled the donation bin on the porch last week. I had planned to get some of these out last weekend but I ended up being super busy with holiday things. Tis the season!

is back, and this might be her best yet. Full of the twist and turns we’ve come to love about Rachel’s storytelling, The Heiress had me gripped from the beginning and I couldn’t put it down.

After inheriting his late adopted zillionaire mother’s estate, Cam left it all behind. Ten years later, he and his wife Jules are finally going back to settle things with his estranged remaining family and the darkness that he left behind.

It is told from 3 perspectives: Cam, Jules, and his mother Ruby. Ruby’s parts are told through letters she wrote about her life and are very reminiscent of TJR’s Evelyn Hugo. I couldn’t get enough of them. The book is a perfect mix of modern-day time along with the gilded age of old money royalty in the mid-20th century.

The Heiress comes out January 4th.

Someone left a box of mass market paperbacks in the porch donation box this week so we are fully loaded with all of your mystery thriller needs and more!

The children’s library is finally up and running!! I still have to make a decal for the front and am still gameplanning if I’m going to paint it a different color or anything like that but it’s stocked and ready to go!

I’ve had all of these great donations piling up in the house that were too tall for the other library and I’m so excited to finally put them out!
