Sacred Sound Singer

Thank you to anyone who prayed or sent healing energy towards me during my recovery. The journey isn't over yet, but I'm finally going back to work tomorrow and would also love to open my doors again to offer sound healing sessions to anyone who is interested.

For anyone going to Beardfest, I just wanted to spread the word since this is my first time attending!

I'm going to leading a Recovery Dharma session with meditation/sound healing at Beardfest on Saturday June 28th at 4pm.

We will gather to learn what Recovery Dharma is, read some passages, open the circle to discussion, as well as do a mindfulness and meditation practice which I incorporate my sound healing instruments into.

I also want to share some resources on harm reduction and ways to go deeper into this practice once you leave.

I got an opportunity tonight to do a sound bath and meditation for an addiction recovery center. So grateful that they gave some great feedback about the experience. Sound and frequencies are so healing.
