The RISE UP Project is excited to invite the public to a FREE Skills Training Program taking place in Douala on June 19th and 20th, starting promptly at 8:00 AM each day.

This two-day training is designed to equip participants with practical skills and valuable knowledge to support personal growth, entrepreneurship, and healthy living.

HAPPY WORLD MENSTRUAL HYGIENE DAY from Team Rise Up Project

Today we celebrate every Girl Child who menstruate proudly without feeling it's a taboo.

In order to add our voices to a Tax Free Pad in Cameroon we were able to give out more than 50 Pads at New Wave Bilingual Secondary School Mokindi Limbe II, after educating them on Menstrual Hygiene and how to prevent Teenage Pregnancy with the help of Doc Afute Emily who facilitated that part .

We also want to thank Miss Humanitarian Cameroon who came to assist during the donations.

Heartfelt gratitudes to our sponsor the President of RUP for making this possible.

Kudos to our VP of RUP for coordinating this activity.

As part of the RiseUp Project, we’ve been running a 2-month skill-up initiative for individuals interested in learning Graphic Design.

We’ve successfully completed the first month of the training, and it has been an insightful journey so far.

The students have been actively engaging, practicing, and building their design skills step by step.
