Ripple represents the literal and metaphorical effect of waves spreading outwards from a single drop .

An oasis for native plant propagation and cultivation, Ripple is a central point for the restoration of people and planet.

Be sure to check out museum to experience the shade under this newly built haba! ๐Ÿ›–

A huge shout out to the and volunteers that made this haba come to life โ€” we value the kind of team work that makes great strides to be culturally and ecologically resilient! โœจ

This haba and the surrounding medicine garden exemplify the kinds of work Ripple Project does to preserve traditional ecological knowledge and native biodiversity.

Feel welcome to reach out if you wish to get involved in our network and projects as such!

Check out these close-ups of the haba/shade structure! Coyote Willow (Salix Exigua) branches are layered in a manner that provides a cooling shade from direct sunlight.๐ŸŒžThe columns of the structure are made of consciously harvested Jeffrey Pine (Pinus jeffreyi) tree trunks, prepared by our greatest mentor, Ed Kleiner โ€” aka Seedman! ๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿผโ€๐ŸŒพ

The pop of orange from the stained tables visually enhances this public rest area that is intended for gathering together, relaxing, or taking a lunch break while checking out the surrounding medicine garden! ๐ŸŒฑ

You can read more about the haba in our previous post.

Fly Geyser is a geothermal formation and hot spring at projectโ€™s Fly Ranch in northern Nevada. Our first Ripple Base is being built about a mile away! The colors seen here are thermophilic algae, some of which are only found here!

Visit to schedule a nature tour at the ranch this spring ๐ŸŒฑ
