If your webinar data lives in 3 places, you don't really have webinar data. You have exports.

A platform that requires manual reconciliation after every event is giving you raw material that someone has to turn into analytics. That someone is probably you, and it probably happens the week after the event when you have twelve other things going on.

What your CMO hears when you report webinar registrants:

You say: "We had 400 registrants and 280 attendees. Strong event."

They hear: "I don't have a way to connect this to pipeline, so here are some numbers that sound good."

"Just record it and send the replay."
